Our career consultancy practice is led by Janet Sheath. She has specialist expertise in developing and supporting people’s careers across a wide variety of sectors.

Janet is a qualified Occupational Psychologist (MSc), counsellor (MBACP), supervisor (Certificate in Supervision) and member of the Institute of Career Guidance. She teaches on the MSc in Career Management & Career Counselling at Birkbeck College and has an established career counselling and coaching practice.

Janet also delivers CPD programmes and supervises the work of career coaching professionals. She works with corporate clients devising and delivering a proven range of career management programmes.
